Due to the significant impact of unsold risk and real estate development pledges pouring in during the presidential election period, there is a trend of selectively supplying complexes with good sales potential that have advantageous locations, specialized designs, and reasonable housing prices.
Major launch complexes in May include 'Ecodelta City Jungheung S-Class Edu River' (728 households) in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo District, Busan, 'Anothered Beomeo' (604 households) in Beomeo-dong, Su-seong District, Daegu, 'Chuncheon Mancheon-ri Dongmun D-East' (569 households) in Dongmyeon, Chuncheon City, Gangwon, and 'Treeven Andong' (418 households) in Yong-sang-dong, Andong City, Gyeongbuk.
