Lotte Engineering & Construction announced that it held the '2025 Excellent Partner Company' award ceremony at Lotte Hotel Seoul on the 30th and awarded 92 excellent partner companies.
The three partner companies selected for the grand award will be granted priority negotiation rights. The nine top partner companies and 80 excellent partner companies will receive prize money of 30 million won and 5 million won, respectively.
This year, the quality field was added to the existing three selection areas of construction, safety, and customer service, bringing the total to four fields from which 92 companies were selected. They will receive benefits such as a reduction in performance bonds, expanded contract opportunities, interest-free lending, and funding support for cooperative growth.
Additionally, Lotte Engineering & Construction has strengthened its systems to encourage partner companies to focus more on safety. To deploy partner companies with excellent safety capabilities at the site, it introduced the industry's first bidding system reflecting safety ratings last year and doubled the proportion of safety ratings considered when selecting partner companies this year. Furthermore, it has implemented evaluations on partner companies' quality management to enhance control over their quality systems and on-site construction quality.
