The Korea Housing Association announced on the 30th that, based on the housing supply plans for May collected from member companies, seven companies will supply a total of 1,615 dwellings across eight business sites.
This is a volume that has decreased by 63% compared to the previous month (4,390 dwellings). It is also 73% lower than the same period last year (4,329 dwellings).
By region, there are 19 households in the metropolitan area and 1,596 households in non-metropolitan areas. A total of 19 households are expected to receive applications in Seoul.
In non-metropolitan areas, Busan had the highest number with 1,080 households. This was followed by North Chungcheong (252 households), Jeju (208 households), and North Gyeongsang (56 households).
