HDC Hyundai Development Company confirmed on the 25th the name of the Yongsan Maintenance Center zone 1 project as 'THE LINE 330' and unveiled a specialized floor plan allowing all members to enjoy a 100% view of the Han River.
'THE LINE 330' symbolizes the nation's longest 330-meter skyline community connecting ultra-high-rise towers along the riverbank.
This skyline bridge is a massive horizontal community space that connects the complex at a height of 74.5 meters above ground. Combined with the 'Highline community,' which offers a 360-degree view from a height of 115 meters, it embodies the intention to establish a differentiated view of the Han River and a new landmark for Seoul.
It also unveiled a floor plan design allowing members to enjoy a 100% view of the Han River. The number of units was increased by 76 to a total of 600 units, placed atop the skyline community at a height of 74.5 meters, maximizing the view of the Han River.
Nine buildings were arranged, three fewer than the original plan of 12, to eliminate interference factors between units and secure a spacious central plaza within the complex.
This differs from POSCO, which designed units above the 13th floor for a Han River view while maintaining the original plan of 12 buildings.
Each unit features a view-oriented bathroom, a two-sided open master bedroom and living room, panoramic windows, and various multifunctional beyond lounges, applying a premium design focused on views.
It also newly reflected seven penthouses that were not included in the original plan. This space offers views of both the Seoul city center and the Han River and is expected to become a top-tier residential area combining symbolism and asset value.
