According to GS Engineering and Construction, this apartment features a lounge, walking paths, and ocean views, allowing for a natural coexistence of 'the taste of living' and 'the style of living.'
'Club JAIAN', the community of Songdo Jayi Crystal Ocean, is equipped with a fitness club, pilates, GX room, and an indoor golf practice range, offering various exercise and leisure activities. Additionally, it has a reading room, shared office, music practice room, studio, and library that can be chosen according to preferences and situations.
