On the 23rd, Hyundai E&C announced that it plans to sell 'Hillstate MediAlle' in the Daecho 1 district of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul next month.
Hillstate MediAlle is an apartment complex set to be ready for occupancy in October next year. The complex, consisting of 28 buildings and 2,451 units, is located in the vicinity of 88 and 89 Daecho-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, with 4 basement levels and a maximum of 25 floors.
The general allocation consists of 483 units with exclusive areas of 51, 59, and 74 square meters. All units are configured as mid-to-small sizes preferred by buyers. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲51㎡B 70 units ▲51㎡C 14 units ▲59㎡A 190 units ▲59㎡B 10 units ▲59㎡B-1 47 units ▲59㎡C 76 units ▲74㎡A 53 units ▲74㎡B 14 units ▲74㎡C 6 units ▲74㎡D 3 units.
Hillstate MediAlle is well-equipped with infrastructure necessary for residential life. At the end of last year, the Gyeonggi Metropolitan Rapid Transit (GTX) A line opened at Yeonsinnae Station (Lines 3 and 6), surrounding the complex with four subway stations: Bulgwang Station (Lines 3 and 6), Yeokchon Station (Line 6), and Gusan Station (Line 6).
In front of the complex is Daeeun Elementary School, and within a 1 km radius are Yale Middle and High School and Dongmyeong High School. Large retail stores such as NC Department Store Bulgwang Branch, Emart Eunpyeong Branch, and Starfield Goyang are also nearby. The complex is close to several green spaces, including Bulgwang Neighborhood Park, Seooreung, and Bukhansan National Park.
The exterior of the complex is set to feature a specialized design inspired by the natural flow of waves. It will incorporate curtain wall looks, iconic louvers, and ceramic panels. Plans also include specialized gate designs, streamlined rooftop structures, and dazzling lighting.
The layout prioritizes south-facing arrangements to enhance openness, ventilation, and sunlight access. The interior will mainly employ layouts featuring a flat design that is popular (with some exceptions). Parking spaces are planned with a generous allocation of 1.35 per household, in contrast to recently supplied older apartments in the area.
Community facilities will include a private movie theater and a sky lounge, as well as a multipurpose room where residents can enjoy ping pong and billiards, along with a library that adds individual reading rooms to the existing study room. An indoor golf practice area featuring screen golf and GDR, as well as guest houses (four) are also planned.
The landscape design of the complex will feature a wall pond with a distinctive exterior blending Seokgasans, mist pools, and waterfalls, along with signature fields (central plaza, view terrace plaza) combining Seokgasans and tea houses, a falling water facility for waterfall views, and a 'Fore Kids Ground' where children can play safely.
In addition to the unique character water playground 'Octonaut Water Playground' by Hyundai E&C, the H series will feature specialized designs including an inline skating rink and a virtual reality (VR)/augmented reality (AR) game room.
The model housing for Hillstate MediAlle will be established in the Daecho-dong area of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and is set to open next month.
