DL E&C submitted a sole bid for the residential redevelopment project in the Hannam 5 district of Yongsan, Seoul, on the 15th. The project, worth 1.7 trillion won, involves creating dwellings, business facilities, and community welfare facilities over an area of 141,186 square meters located at 60 Dongbinggogong-dong, Yongsan, Seoul.
DL E&C plans to present new residential value through its high-end brand 'ACRO.' The proposed complex name for the Hannam 5 district is 'ACRO Hannam.' ACRO Hannam is set to feature 2,401 apartment units, 146 officetels, and community welfare facilities across 44 buildings with 5 basement levels and 22 above-ground levels.
