The consortium of Daewoo E&C and Hyundai Engineering announced on the 16th that they plan to sell "Gocheok Prugio Hillstate," which will be developed through the residential redevelopment project in Guro-gu, Seoul, in May.
"Gocheok Prugio Hillstate" is located at 148-1 Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, and will consist of a large complex with three basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, comprising 10 buildings, with exclusive areas of 39 to 114㎡, totaling 983 units. Of these, 576 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale.

"Gocheok Prugio Hillstate" is a joint complex that marks the first collaboration of Daewoo E&C's "Prugio" and Hyundai Engineering's "Hillstate" to be introduced in Seoul. Notably, it is a large-scale complex from a top brand being supplied in the Gocheok-dong area for the first time in about 18 years.
Gocheok-dong, where the complex is located, is an area in the southwestern part of Seoul that is densely populated with aging residential buildings. As redevelopment and restoration projects are being vigorously pursued, the urban environment is rapidly improving.
The complex is accessible from both Gaebong Station on Subway Line 1 and Yangcheon-gu Office Station on Line 2, with excellent access to major roads such as Gyeongin Road, southern circular road, and western main road. The establishment of the new Guro Line (planned) and the station for GTX-B (scheduled) is underway, further enhancing transportation convenience.
The living infrastructure is also abundant. Within a 2km radius, large commercial, medical, and public facilities such as IPark Mall, NC Department Store, Costco, Gocheok Market, Korea University Guro Hospital, Guro Tax Office (scheduled for transfer), and Seoul Startup Hub Guro (scheduled for completion in July 2029) are densely located. Additionally, green spaces like Gyeongnam Neighborhood Park, Anyangcheon, and Gocheok Neighborhood Park are nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment.

Various community facilities will also be arranged within the complex. Specialized educational spaces such as a daycare center, small library, and study room, along with health and leisure facilities like a fitness center, group exercise room, and indoor golf practice range, will be developed. A sky lounge, typically found only in high-end apartments and guesthouses, is also planned. Throughout the complex, various themed gardens and relaxation spaces are expected to be installed.
Neighborhood living facilities have also been incorporated into the complex to enhance convenience. Daily consumer activities such as shopping, dining, and services will be possible within the complex, which is expected to increase the satisfaction of residents.
