TAEYOUNG E&C announced on the 15th that it plans to offer 'Dream Forest Nature & Desiang' in Dongtan 2 New Town next month in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation.
'Dream Forest Nature & Desiang' is a privately participated public sale apartment consisting of 1,170 units, with four underground floors and a maximum of 20 floors above ground, located in the A78 block of Dongtan 2 New Town, with exclusive areas of 74 and 84 square meters.
The complex is composed of small to medium-sized units that are preferred by buyers. By exclusive area, there are ▲234 units of 74㎡A ▲160 units of 74㎡B ▲354 units of 84㎡A ▲120 units of 84㎡A1 ▲208 units of 84㎡B ▲20 units of 84㎡C ▲74 units of 84㎡D.
