The owner of the luxury dwelling Hannam The Hill in Yongsan District, Seoul, who purchased it for 10.9 billion won this year, is noted to be Yoon Hyun-jun, co-founder of Baedal Minjok and CEO of Job Korea.
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's actual transaction disclosure system on the 15th, a 235㎡ (first floor) unit of Hannam The Hill in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul, was sold via a transaction for 10.9 billion won on January 4th.
According to a check of the court registry, the purchaser is CEO Yoon, who completed the transfer of ownership on the 31st of last month. It appears that the property was purchased entirely in cash, as there is no mortgage established.
Hannam The Hill is a complex developed by Daewoo E&C and Kumho Industrial in 2011, consisting of 32 buildings and 600 households on the former site of Dankook University. It spans two basement levels and three to twelve floors above ground, with units ranging from 57 to 240㎡, and is considered an ultra-luxurious complex with views of the Han River. It is known to have been purchased by members of BTS, including RM and Jimin, as well as actor So Ji-sub and the couple Rain and Kim Tae-hee.
Born in 1972, CEO Yoon is a co-founder of Woowa Brothers, the operator of the delivery platform "Baedal Minjok." He led technology development as CTO (chief technology officer) until 2015 and oversaw the operations of Baedal Minjok and Baemin Riders as COO (chief operating officer) until 2018. He was also the CEO of Woowa Brothers' subsidiary Wooahan Youngs, which operates "B Mart" and "Baemin Connect," and is an expert in platform development and operations. After resigning from Woowa Brothers, he took office as CEO of Job Korea in December 2022 and is currently serving in that role.
