DL E&C announced on the 11th that it has won the 'Seoul Jangchung-dong Flagship Hotel Development Project' to be established in the Jangchung-dong 2-ga area of Jung-gu, Seoul.
The Seoul Jangchung-dong Flagship Hotel Development Project is a venture by PARADISE Group aiming to establish an 'uber-luxury' hotel. The hotel will include five basement levels and 18 above-ground floors on a site of 13,902 square meters, intending to offer 189 guest rooms and various auxiliary facilities. The construction cost is approximately 390 billion won. The expected completion date is August 2028.
DL E&C has successfully constructed five-star global brand hotels, including the Four Seasons Hotel in Jongno, Seoul, and the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, as well as the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Incheon’s Yeongjongdo. Through this project, the company envisions creating a new urban landmark that transcends mere accommodation to encompass art and culture.
