POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 10th that it plans to launch 'The Sharp Dang-ri Century Che' for sale in Busan this month.
The Sharp Dang-ri Century Che, located in the area of 54 Dang-ri-dong, Saha-gu, Busan, will consist of 4 underground floors and a maximum of 29 above-ground floors across 8 buildings, with a total of 821 units ranging from 59 to 84 square meters. Among these, 358 units will be available for general sale.
The number of units by exclusive area is ▲59㎡A 124 units ▲73㎡B 121 units ▲84㎡C 112 units ▲84㎡D 1 unit.
Saha-gu, where the complex is being built, is noted as the biggest beneficiary of the western Busan development, thanks to its eco-friendly advanced industrial complex. Plans are underway for a nationwide large-scale offshore wind power generation complex (upcoming) and the development project for the Western Busan Smart Valley, centered on advanced manufacturing.
A large-scale urban renewal project is also taking place along Line 1 of the Busan Metro. According to the city of Busan, redevelopment and reconstruction projects are being carried out in a total of 12 districts from Daeti Station to Hadan Station.
The complex is located in the vicinity of Dang-ri Station on Line 1 of the Busan Metro. It allows for quick access to anywhere in and out of the city via Daeti Tunnel, Nakdongdaero, and Eulsukdo Bridge. With the expansion plan of the Busan city metro network, the connections such as Sasang-Hadan Line (scheduled to open next year), Hadan-Noksan Line (scheduled to open in 2029), and next-generation Busan express railway (BuTX scheduled to open in 2029) are expected to further improve the transportation environment.
Students can walk to Nakdong Elementary School from the complex. Many schools are also nearby, including Dang-ri Middle School, Saha Middle School, Busan Girls' High School, Konkuk High School, Busan Il Science High School, and Dong-A University. The complex is conveniently located near Dang-ri Market, Hadan Oil Market, CGV, and Saha Gu Office, and it is also easy to access multiple hospitals near the subway station.
Seunghak Mountain, which houses the National Healing Forest of Busan, is also close to the complex. Nearby are Nakdong River migratory bird sites and Eulsukdo Ecological Park, where residents can enjoy a pleasant natural environment.
Construction of The Sharp Dang-ri Century Che is handled by POSCO Engineering & Construction. Last year, POSCO Engineering & Construction was not included in the top 20 companies cited for defect rulings by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The defect dispute rate for apartments built by POSCO Engineering & Construction is less than 1%.
