Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. will begin sales of 'Yangju Station Jeil Winners Sky' in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, with a model house opening on the 11th.
The complex comprises 702 units across four buildings, with three basement levels and 40 above ground, featuring exclusive areas of 70㎡, 84㎡, and 101㎡. It is characterized by its iconic design and rarity, achieved through its 40-story height and various specialized layouts.
The application schedule begins with special supply on the 14th, followed by first-priority applications on the 15th and second-priority applications on the 16th. Winners will be announced on the 22nd, and the official contracting process will take place over three days from May 7 to May 9.
Yangju Station Jeil Winners Sky has reduced the financial burden on consumers with reasonable prices. In particular, the exclusive 84㎡ units will be supplied at around 500 million won, comparable to the price of nearby complexes that closed early last year. The exclusive 70㎡ units are priced in the mid-400 million won range, while the 101㎡ units are set between the high 500 million won and low 600 million won.
A 5% contract deposit and a flat rate of 5 million won for the first payment, along with 60% interest-free benefits for interim payments, will be offered. Resales will be permitted six months later, making it likely to attract interest from both actual consumers and investors.
Yangju Station Jeil Winners Sky is designed to provide ample storage space with a pantry in each unit's entryway and individual underground storage. It maximized indoor space usability by providing a dress room and a spacious foyer.
It features large windows and glass railings, uncommon in mixed-use complexes, enhancing both the luxurious exterior and the view and spatial perception. Additionally, a 'ramen structure,' known for its effectiveness in reducing floor noise, is applied. Community spaces such as an indoor golf practice room, fitness center, education station, and facilities for infants and children, as well as a residents' meeting room, will also be provided.
This complex is located in a highly accessible area near Yangju Station on Line 1, providing convenient access to Seoul and other destinations. With express train service from Yangju Station, it takes about 30 minutes to Cheongnyangni Station, and it is just one station away from Uijeongbu Station, where the GTX-C line is set to open. In the future, transferring at Uijeongbu Station, it will take about 20 minutes to reach Samsung Station via the GTX-C line. Plans are also in place for road network expansions, including the expansion of the Sinpyeonghwa Road and the Seoul-Yangju Expressway.
Plans are also underway to establish large-scale industrial complexes nearby, such as the Gyeonggi Yangju Techno Valley (anticipated) and the Hoi-cheon Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex (anticipated). Additionally, as the Yangju Station area development project progresses, large commercial facilities and office buildings are expected to be developed together, enhancing residential convenience in the future.
A sales representative noted, 'This complex has garnered significant attention since it is in a prime transit location, adjacent to major commercial zones and the Techno Valley.' They added, 'Despite being a mixed-use complex—often known for its high construction costs—it offers reasonable prices and various financial benefits, leading to continued interest from both actual consumers and investors.'
The model house is located at 593-6 Nambang-dong, Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (in front of exit 2 of Yangju Station on Line 1). The expected move-in date is January 2029.
