On the 8th, Lotte Engineering & Construction announced that it is conducting an open innovation program to discover innovative startups and seek collaboration opportunities. This program will collaborate with the Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center and the Seoul Business Agency (Seoul Startup Hub Changdong) to recruit and support startups in various fields.
Lotte Engineering & Construction announced that it is recruiting startups to participate in the '2025 1st S.Stage' open innovation program from the day before (the 7th) until the 2nd of next month, in collaboration with the Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center. The recruitment fields include ▲AI (artificial intelligence) ▲spatial information and spatial awareness technology ▲robotics and automation equipment, focusing on discovering startups related to new technologies and new business.
The startups finally selected will receive opportunities for PoC (Proof of Concept) and business commercialization support funds. Additionally, they will have the chance to enter an incubating center that assists in growth through investment review via an open innovation fund and provides office space and mentoring for early-stage corporations.
Together with the Seoul Business Agency (Seoul Startup Hub Changdong), Lotte Engineering & Construction is also recruiting startups to collaborate until the 27th. Recruitment fields include ▲automation of construction period calculation using AI ▲ultra-high-resolution technology for orthophotos (aerial images) in the construction field. The selected startups will receive benefits such as PoC opportunities, business commercialization support funds, and support for coworking spaces in Seongsu and Changdong at the Seoul Startup Hub. Furthermore, Lotte Construction noted that additional funding will be provided for follow-up secondary PoCs after PoC for startups with significant potential.
