POSCO E&C announced on the 4th that it plans to sell 'Anard Beomeo,' located at 1 Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, on the site of the old Daegu MBC, in May.
Anard Beomeo is a post-sale apartment scheduled for occupancy in January next year. It aims to provide a living environment that has not been experienced in Daegu.
Anard Beomeo consists of 5 buildings, with 6 stories underground and 33 stories above ground. It is composed of apartments, residential officetels, and commercial facilities. The apartments feature a total of 604 units in large sizes (with exclusive areas ranging from 136 to 242 square meters).
The site where the complex is being built is a representative affluent area of Daegu and symbolizes the central location of the region, boasting excellent living conditions with a concentration of transportation and living infrastructure.
