Iksu Station Herid is an apartment complex consisting of 944 households in 10 buildings, ranging from 3 underground floors to 26 above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 138 square meters. Among them, 91 households are public rental housing, while 853 households are for general sale. The local housing association is promoting the project.

In December last year, the 19th Architectural Committee of Seoul City conditionally approved the Iksu Station area long-term lease housing project, analyzing that the project is progressing rapidly and has high stability.

Currently, the recruitment for the first and second rounds of association members has been completed, and the third round of member recruitment has begun.

The complex is supplied as a public housing project in the station area, located about a 3-minute walk from Iksu Station on subway lines 4 and 7. It is also conveniently connected to Banpo Station (about 7 minutes), Seocho Station (about 10 minutes), and Gangnam Station (about 14 minutes).

Directly in front of the complex is Samil Elementary School, allowing for safe walking to school. Additionally, there are numerous schools in the vicinity, including Sadang Middle School, Kyungmoon High School, and Seo Moon Girls' Middle and High School, and access to the Banpo-dong academy area is also good.

The complex is oriented primarily to the south for all units, which is advantageous for lighting and ventilation. The wide distance between the buildings ensures an open feel and excellent views. Various community facilities are also planned, including a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, GX room, childcare center, senior zone, small library, and individual storage for each unit.
