In April this year, the nationwide sale market is expected to see 23,730 units, a 10% decrease compared to last year. The metropolitan area is set to provide 17,772 units, while 5,958 units are expected in provincial areas.

According to Zigbang, as of March 31, the planned number of units for sale in April this year is 27 complexes, totaling 23,730 units (12,598 units for general sale). This represents about a 10% decrease compared to the performance of April last year.

By region, 17,772 units will be released in the metropolitan area and 5,958 units in provincial areas. The metropolitan area is scheduled to have ▲12,791 units in Gyeonggi, ▲4,577 units in Incheon, and ▲404 units in Seoul. In provincial areas, ▲2,024 units in Chungbuk, ▲1,672 units in Busan, ▲1,030 units in Daegu, ▲814 units in Ulsan, and ▲418 units in Gyeongbuk are expected to be supplied.

In Seoul, only one complex, the "Cheonggye Norway Forest" located in Hwanghak-dong, Jung-gu, is scheduled for sale in April. The complex consists of 20 floors with 4 buildings and a total of 404 units. Among these, 97 units are available for general sale.

In Gyeonggi Province, the "Goyang TheSharp Forena" with 2,601 units in Jugyo-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang City, as well as 1,804 units in "Yongin Prugio One Cluster 2" in Cheoin-gu, Yongin City, are expected to be available for sale. Other developments include "Pyeongtaek Brain City 10BL & Nature Mirido" (1,413 units) in Jangan-dong, Pyeongtaek City, and "Hwaseong Dongtan 2A76-2BL" (1,524 units) in Sancheok-dong, Hwaseong City.

In Incheon, complexes preparing for sale include "City O.C.L 7" (1,453 units) in Hakik-dong, Michuhol-gu, and "Harrington Square SanGok Station" (2,475 units) in Sangok-dong, Bupyeong-gu.

In provincial areas, "Venture Valley Prugio" (540 units) in Sincheon-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu; "The Sharp Dangli Century Che" (821 units) in Dangri-dong, Saha-gu, Busan; "Ulsan Down 2B1BL Yuseong Hanmaedeul" (507 units) in Beomeoseo-eup, Uljin-gun, Ulsan; and "Sinbunpyeong The Way City" (1,448 units) in Jangseong-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju City are preparing for sale in April.

The apartment sale performance rate for March was recorded at 39%. According to Zigbang, the planned number of units for sale in March was a total of 24,880 units as of a survey on February 27 this year. A follow-up survey on the 25th found that a total of 9,699 units were actually sold, resulting in a performance rate of 39% (8,838 units sold, 47% performance rate for general sale).

Kim Eun-sun, head of the Big Data Lab at Zigbang, said, "Construction companies are adopting a cautious attitude due to increased construction costs and ongoing uncertainties following the impeachment politics. Construction companies are closely monitoring market trends to carefully adjust their sale schedules and timing."
