Doosan Construction's operating profit exceeded 100 billion won last year, achieving the highest performance in 10 years.

Doosan Construction reported on the 31st that its consolidated operating profit last year was 108.1 billion won, up 77% from the previous year. This marks the highest performance in 10 years since 2014 (approximately 132.8 billion won).

Revenue was recorded at 2.1753 trillion won, a 27% increase from the previous year. Net profit for the period turned to a surplus of 19.8 billion won after posting a loss the previous year.

Doosan Construction stated that proactively reflecting risks and implementing a brand strengthening strategy for transparent management led to improved performance.

As of the end of last year, the order backlog totaled 9.9 trillion won, excluding long-term unstarted projects.

Doosan Construction announced plans to make every effort to expand business within Seoul this year based on its ample order backlog. Engaged in complex urban projects, Doosan Construction has secured the Ssangmun Station project following its first project at Banghak Station and is set to sign an agreement soon.

In the public redevelopment project, the Dongdaemun District New Establishment Zone 1 project received business implementation plan approval after comprehensive review on the 20th.
