Next month, the nationwide supply of apartments by mid-sized housing construction companies is estimated to be around 4,400 units. This is expected to decrease by over 40% compared to the same period last year.

The Korea Housing Construction Association noted on the 28th that, based on the aggregation of sales plans from its member companies, a total of 4,390 dwellings will be sold across 10 business sites nationwide next month. This figure represents a decrease of 42.3% (3,215 dwellings) compared to the same month last year, and a reduction of 30.4% (1,917 dwellings) from this month.

By region, in the metropolitan area, a total of 2,814 dwellings will be offered for application, including ▲1,453 dwellings in Incheon, ▲1,093 dwellings in Gyeonggi, and ▲268 dwellings in Seoul.

In the provinces, a total of 1,576 dwellings will be sold, including ▲998 dwellings in Daejeon, ▲419 dwellings in Busan, and ▲159 dwellings in Jeju. The Housing Construction Association includes mid-sized and small companies as its members, excluding about 60 large construction firms.
