Minister Park Sang-woo of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport reported the smallest asset amount among the Cabinet members at 450 million won.
According to the '2025 Public Officials Regular Asset Change Information' released by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee on the 27th, Minister Park reported assets of approximately 452.83 million won. This is a decrease of 484.74 million won from last year, due to the result of excluding a total of 352.81 million won after the death of Minister Park's parents.
Minister Park owns an apartment worth 432 million won in Sanbon-dong, Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province. The official price of this apartment has decreased by 24 million won compared to last year. Minister Park also reported a 75.66 million won apartment in Bokcheon-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, as a legal inheritance equity.
Minister Park reported personal and spouse deposits of 51.84 million won, debts of 149.31 million won, and two vehicles belonging to the spouse, valued at 42.29 million won, respectively. The 37,000 shares of unlisted stock worth approximately 185 million won that Minister Park held were excluded from this report due to a blind trust agreement.
First Vice Minister Jin Hyun-hwan reported assets of 124.61 million won, an increase of 26.45 million won from last year. He owns an apartment valued at 590 million won located in Hae-mil-dong, Sejong City, along with deposits of 73.66 million won for himself, his spouse, and his children.
Second Vice Minister Baek Won-guk reported 2.36 billion won more than last year, with a total of 2.51 billion won. He reported an apartment valued at 563 million won located in Naeson-dong, Uiwang City, under joint ownership with his spouse, and deposits of 1.938 billion won for himself, his spouse, and his children.
Among all agencies under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Incheon International Airport Corporation President Lee Hak-jae reported the largest assets of 5.456 billion won. He reported land worth 3.7029 billion won, a building under his spouse's name located in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, valued at 650 million won, securities worth 165.29 million won held by himself, his spouse, and children, and virtual assets worth 13.25 million won held by his spouse.
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) President Lee Han-jun reported 4.19776 billion won, which is an increase of 172.23 million won from last year. He owns two apartments, one in his name in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, valued at 1.673 billion won, and another in his eldest son's name in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, valued at 1.1083 billion won. The official prices have increased by 15 million won and 66 million won, respectively.
