POSCO Engineering & Construction plans to offer 'Goyang The Sharp Forena' for sale next month in the Deogyang District of Goyang City, in partnership with Hanwha, the company announced on the 27th.
The complex will consist of 2,601 units across 17 buildings, with three basement levels and a maximum height of 35 floors, featuring exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡. Among these, 636 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 74㎡ will be available for general sale. The number of general sale units by exclusive area is ▲ 39㎡ 52 units ▲ 46㎡ 108 units ▲ 59㎡A 389 units ▲ 59㎡B 86 units ▲ 74㎡B 1 unit.
Located at 559-1 Jugyo-dong, Deogyang District, Goyang City, 'Goyang The Sharp Forena' is being mentioned as the largest beneficiary of the ongoing transportation network expansion project in the area. It is accessible via the GTX-A line from Daegok Station, enabling a 12-minute journey to Seoul Station.
