KT Estate announced on the 25th that it will commence occupancy of 'Remarc Ville Eastpoles', a mixed-use complex being developed in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, starting in April.
Remarc Ville Eastpoles consists of a total of 282 units across 8 to 20 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 23 to 47 square meters (1 to 1.5 rooms).
Remarc Ville is a rental housing brand of KT Estate that started with 'Remarc Ville Dongdaemun' in 2016. The Remarc Ville Eastpoles is the seventh Remarc Ville.
Remarc Ville Eastpoles is located near Guui Station on Line 2 of the Seoul subway, with a consolidation passageway that enhances access to the station.
Remarc Ville Eastpoles features excellent views for all units. The south-facing units offer views of the Han River, while the north-facing units enjoy views of Achasan Mountain and the northern region of Seoul.
