HDC Hyundai Development Company noted that at the general meeting for selecting the construction company for the private contract of the Gwang-an District 4 redevelopment project held at the New Busan Church on the 22nd, it received 497 votes in favor out of 546 participating members.

The Gwang-an District 4 redevelopment project is a plan to construct new apartments with 966 units, comprising 6 buildings with 4 basement floors and up to 37 stories, and a usable area ranging from 34 to 122 square meters in the area of 92-3 Gwang-an-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan. The district area is approximately 49,754 square meters, with a total floor area of around 195,619 square meters, and the construction cost is about 419.6 billion won.

Nearby the project site are Shinsegae Department Store, Lotte Department Store, and Centum City, as well as Gwangalli Beach, one of Busan's main tourist destinations. Suyeong Station, which is served by Busan Metro lines 2 and 3, is also close by, and the area has excellent transportation conditions with nearby intersections such as Suyeong Road and Suyeong Intersection.

The Suyeong River promenade and Baiksan Neighborhood Park are also within a short distance. The Suyeong Station's commercial area, Costco Korea's Busan branch, BHS Hanseo Hospital, Minan Elementary School, and the academic district of Namcheon-dong provide abundant educational and living infrastructure.

HDC Hyundai Development Company took advantage of its location surrounding mountains, rivers, and the sea in Suyeong-gu as a motif for its specialized design. Through landscaping that reflects the water flow from the Suyeong River toward Gwangalli Beach and building design that embodies the peaks of Geumryeonsan rising in the city center, HDC Hyundai Development Company proposed a complex characterized by excellent scenery, openness, and natural light.

HDC Hyundai Development Company was selected as the construction company for the reconstruction of the Wonju Stage Jugong Apartments, valued at about 436.9 billion won, on the 15th. HDC Hyundai Development Company's urban management order amount so far this year is currently 856.5 billion won.

An official from HDC Hyundai Development Company said, 'Based on our accumulated construction know-how and technology, we will repay the trust and support of our members,' adding, 'In line with technological advancements, we will introduce a premium complex connecting Haeundae I-Park at Gwang-an District 4 using technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation (DX).'
