'Blanc Summit 74' is a high-rise complex featuring Daewoo E&C's high-end residential brand, 'Prugio Summit,' consisting of three apartment buildings and one officetel. It has 998 apartment units with exclusive areas ranging from 94 to 247㎡, which were sold last year, and from February, it will supply 276 units of 84 to 118㎡ in one officetel.
The 276 officetel units available for sale are composed of ▲ 46 units of 84㎡ OA1,2, ▲ 92 units of 114㎡ OA1,2, ▲ 46 units of 115㎡ OA1,2, and ▲ 92 units of 118㎡ OA1,2.
The average sale price per pyeong of the officetel is 26.5 million won, and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
A full option package, including bespoke refrigerator packages, a system air conditioner with clean ventilation, high-end imported bathroom ceramics and faucets, and three types of built-in kitchen appliances, will be provided free of charge. Furthermore, by paying only a deposit of 20 million won, there will be no additional deposit burden until move-in, and a zero-interest benefit for the interim payment loan (60%) will also be provided.
