The Moaelga Trevue commercial spaces are expected to become a landmark shopping area with a daily floating population of over 23,000 and demand from approximately 8,000 residential units. It is highly visible due to exposure to pedestrians and vehicles passing along the main road and is set to be the first large-scale street-type commercial facility in the vicinity of Cheonwang Station.
Positioned to ensure a wide facade along the main road, the spaces are confirmed to have visibility from 5 meters to over 14 meters, allowing the shops within to leverage diverse advertising formats effectively. Additionally, the facility secures the only self-parking space nearby, making it convenient for customers visiting the commercial area by both foot and car, thus providing a competitive advantage in securing revenue.
In particular, the commercial spaces within the Moaelga Trevue complex near Cheonwang Station will have a systematically planned tenant mix. Currently, medical facilities, including pharmacies and orthopedic clinics, as well as major large household goods stores, are expected to open. There is also potential for additional tenants such as cafes, bakeries, and large franchises, suggesting a vibrant commercial district will develop.
A representative from the Moaelga Trevue commercial sale noted, 'Moaelga Trevue is a practical commercial space with a rational sale price that excludes speculation, offering a sale based on market prices from 10 years ago.' The Moaelga Trevue commercial sale representative said, 'Once the commercial area becomes active, leasing will happen quickly, allowing for stable rental revenue.' Moaelga Trevue is anticipated to have high future value due to its location at the very center of a redevelopment and urban improvement area. Its location adjacent to Cheonwang-dong, where approximately 150,000 workers are employed in Guro Digital Complex and Gasan Digital Complex, is expected to generate significant demand from commuters.
Meanwhile, the Moaelga Trevue promotional center is located in Cheonwang-dong, Guro, Seoul, and is currently offering first-come, first-served benefits to contractors.
