Approximately 500 million won in price gains are expected for two units of the Gyeonggi Gwanggyo apartments without ranking, which attracted 360,000 applicants.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board on the 17th, 349,071 people applied for the non-ranked offer of one 69 square meter unit at 'Hillstate Gwanggyo Central Station First' in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. This unit is unsold, allowing anyone aged 19 and older nationwide to apply. There are no restrictions on re-winning.
For the non-ranked offer of one 84 square meter unit in the same complex, 16,096 people applied. This unit, which is subject to contract cancellation, can only be applied for by housing non-ers residing in Suwon. Additionally, there is a 10-year restriction on re-winning, resulting in relatively low competition.
'Hillstate Gwanggyo Central Station First' recorded a competition rate of 228.7 to 1 during its sale in 2021, becoming a highly popular complex. The prices for both of the two units being offered this time are applied as they were during the sale, leading to expectations of high application competition. Although there have been no recent real transaction cases, the real estate market assesses that around 500 million won in price gains are expected upon winning compared to nearby complexes.
