Jeil Construction announced on the 17th that it plans to sell 'Yangju Station Jeil Pungkyungchae Winners Sky' in the Yangju Station area of Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, in April.
This complex will be built with a super-high-rise design of 40 floors in a prime location close to Yangju Station on Line 1 of the metropolitan area. Yangju Station Jeil Pungkyungchae Winners Sky will consist of four buildings with a total of 702 units, including exclusive areas of 70㎡, 84㎡, and 101㎡. The layout will focus on south-facing units and a wide distance between buildings to create a pleasant residential environment and maximize the utilization of indoor spaces through a specialized design.
Yangju Station Jeil Pungkyungchae Winners Sky is convenient for traveling to major areas in Seoul and the metropolitan area, being close to Yangju Station on Line 1. It is possible to reach Cheongnyangni Station in about 40 minutes, and transfers can be made to KTX, Suin-Bundang Line, Gyeongchun Line, and the planned GTX-B and C lines.
With the use of the express train, Uijeongbu Station, just one stop away, is expected to open the GTX-C line, allowing travel to Samsung Station in about 20 minutes.
In addition, large-scale industrial complexes, such as Gyeonggi Yangju Techno Valley (planned) and Hoichon City Advanced Industrial Complex (planned), are expected to be established nearby. As the urban development project around Yangju Station progresses, plans are in place to expand the metropolitan transportation network, including residential, commercial, and office facilities, along with Sinpyeong-ro (National Route 3) and the planned Seoul-Yangju Expressway.
Yangju Station Jeil Pungkyungchae Winners Sky is adjacent to the planned central commercial area. A large commercial facility will also be developed within the complex. It is close to the planned Yu-yang Elementary School and will have a daycare center within the complex.
Some units will offer panoramic views of Jungnangcheon and surrounding parks. Every unit will be provided with an entrance pantry and individual underground storage, maximizing storage space, while also enhancing the utilization of indoor spaces with features such as a dressing room and spacious entrance. The south-facing layout and wide distance between buildings create a pleasant living environment.
The complex will also include various community facilities such as an indoor golf practice range, fitness center, and small library. Additionally, nature-friendly spaces such as a nearby neighborhood park (planned) and a walking trail along Jungnangcheon are being developed.
