On the 13th, I visited the Acro Ritz County housing exhibition hall located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. As explained by a DL E&C official, "Even if it is a newly built apartment, tenants can express their tastes in the space," various model homes with different interior designs were available.
Typically, newly constructed apartments vary according to optional features, but in most cases, they apply a uniform design. However, this place, which applies the additional optional item brand "D Selection" introduced by DL E&C, the first construction company in South Korea, reflects the tastes of tenants in its interior. D Selection is an interior solution that offers a variety of products so that customers can complete their desired space upon moving in.
If tenants choose D Selection before moving into their newly constructed apartment, they can live in their desired home immediately without the need for additional renovations.
A DL E&C official noted, "In the case of existing apartment sales, many customers often had to find external companies to sign interior contracts due to limited additional optional item offerings. In this case, unnecessary time and expense were wasted in the process of removing already installed indoor furniture and finishes and newly constructing them."
Choosing a style from D Selection allows for a unified design package for major living spaces, from the entrance to the kitchen and bedroom. This way, customers can complete a harmonious interior without the hassle of selecting individual elements separately.

In particular, it is possible for experts from DL E&C to manage all processes from planning to design and construction, thereby improving the completeness of the interior in an efficient and systematic manner. Customers can also receive reliable defect and quality management services unique to DL E&C.
DL E&C has developed "D-Virtual," a real-time 3D virtual simulation that allows customers to experience D Selection in offline showrooms and view various applicable options online.
There is also price competitiveness. DL E&C emphasized that choosing D Selection is more economical than individual interior expenses. Additionally, DL E&C has introduced card payment services for additional optional items, which were previously only available for cash payment. Through a strategic partnership with Shinhan Card, the company offers various promotions, including card payment benefits, interest-free installments, and cashback services, to alleviate customers' inconveniences and financial burdens.
A company official added, "Considering the demolition costs, construction expenses, and the costs of finding another place during the interior period, choosing D Selection is approximately 30% cheaper."
The on-site response to D Selection has exceeded expectations. D Selection was first applied to Acro Ritz County last month. It is reported that about 6 out of 10 customers who signed contracts for additional optional items at Acro Ritz County chose the style options of D Selection. A company official stated, "Most of the 614 resident customers chose D Selection, revealing a greater than expected demand for interior options."
Starting with Acro Ritz County, DL E&C plans to apply D Selection to the upcoming "Acro" and "e-Pyeonhan Sesang" brand complexes. A company official stated, "We plan to design various D Selection products by observing the business sites."
