Hillsstate Yongin Mark Valley is within walking distance to public Cheoin Kindergarten, Namgok Elementary School, Hansup Middle School, and Cheoin Elementary and High Schools. The Nam-sa Library is also nearby, and many private educational facilities are located in the commercial area right in front of the complex, providing a good environment for children's education. Notably, the area where the complex is being built also has the advantage of being able to support special admissions for rural and fishing villages.

The transportation environment is excellent. The four-lane Cheoinseong Road is right in front of the complex, and the opening of the Guri-Yongin-Anseong section of the Seoul-Sejong Expressway in January this year has made travel convenient throughout the metropolitan area. The opening of National Route 84 is also planned, which is expected to shorten the current travel time to Dongtan New Town from about 20 minutes to about 10 minutes.

The expansion of a metropolitan transportation network connecting major areas, including the extension of the Gyeonggang Line (planned), widening of National Route 45 to eight lanes (planned), and the Dongtan-Cheongju Airport metropolitan railway (planned), is expected.

The area where Hillsstate Yongin Mark Valley is located is gaining attention as a 'semiconductor-specialized city.'

The complex has a location close to a national industrial complex (planned) for advanced system semiconductors, where Samsung Electronics is investing 360 trillion won. Additionally, the first production line of SK hynix in the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster, located in the Wonsam-myeon area, began construction in February this year.

Hillsstate Yongin Mark Valley features the Hyundai E&C Hillsstate brand, providing excellent product quality and community facilities. The complex is designed with a south-facing layout and focuses on openness and comfort through the central plaza design.

The interiors are designed to allow selection of living spaces that fit individual lifestyles, utilizing various floor plans such as 4-Bay and tower types. It maximizes space efficiency with large dressing rooms, hallway pantries, powder rooms, alpha rooms, and a partitioning design for multi-generational living (109㎡C type).

Amenities include the H Up-and-Down Table, which won a bronze award at the 2024 Good Design selection, as well as H Multi Lounge, H Room-in-Room, and other H series interiors. The living room features tile floor options that consider noise reduction between floors, while the master bedroom will include high-end options for dressing rooms and specialized options such as a shoe cabinet sterilizer and wall-mounted shelves in the entrance.

The community will include various indoor and outdoor sports facilities such as fitness and screen golf. Additionally, a small library, hills lounge, guesthouse, kids station, tea house, and H Green Forest will be established to enhance the quality of life for residents.

The complex is scheduled to be completed in December 2027.
