Lotte Construction announced on the 11th that the "Changyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature," located at 296 Samseondong 2-ga in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, achieved a 100% contract rate just over two months after the start of valid contracting.
The "Changyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature" closed all types with a highest competition rate of 32.2 to 1 in the first priority subscription results conducted at the end of last year. In the no-priority subscription for 45 units of 84 square meters caused by disqualified households or duplicate subscriptions, conducted earlier this month, it recorded a competition rate of 135.51 to 1.
The "Changyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature" is located in a triple station area with the Hyeongseong University Entrance Station, which is on Line 4 and is a transfer station to Line 6 and the Ui-Sinseol Line, within walking distance.
Nearby are Changyeonggung Palace, Jongmyo Shrine, Changdeokgung Palace, Seongbukcheon Fountain Square, Samseon Park, and Marronnier Park, along with rich green spaces like Naksan Park and Hanyangdoseong Road next to the complex, providing a pleasant natural environment in the city.
A spokesperson for Lotte Construction noted, "The Changyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature is located in an area of Seoul with excellent proximity for living and working, which has attracted great interest and inquiries from actual buyers," and added, "We will do our best to meet expectations, as they have chosen us trusting the Lotte Castle brand."
Meanwhile, the "Changyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature" will consist of 1,223 units spread over 19 buildings from 4 basement floors to 18 above ground, with the move-in date expected in April 2027.
