The large apartment complex Hyosung 'Harrington Square Sangkok Station' is set to be sold in April.

Hyosung 'Harrington Square Sangkok Station' is a large complex with a total of 2,475 households rising 45 stories above ground in the area of Sangkok 1-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon (Bupyeong Sangkok redevelopment project). The total number of general sales units is 1,248. Construction is being handled by Hyosung Heavy Industries, a subsidiary of the Hyosung Group, and ChinHung International.

'Harrington Square Sangkok Station' is characterized by its location in a super-station area, about 150 meters from Sangkok Station on Line 7. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Gasan Digital Complex using Line 7, and it is also possible to reach Gangnam within an hour. It can also be reached in about 10 minutes from Sangkok Station to Bupyeong Station, where the GTX-B (planned) line is expected to open (Incheon Line 1). Access to Seoul by car is easy via the Gyeongin Expressway (Bupyeong IC). Using the first circular expressway (Jungdong IC) makes travel to various parts of the metropolitan area convenient.

The presence of essential infrastructure that influences real estate values also draws attention. First, Hyosung 'Harrington Square Sangkok Station' is adjacent to Sangkok Elementary School and the Sangkok Elementary School affiliated kindergarten, and students can walk to Sangkok Middle School, Cheongcheon Middle School, Seil High School, Incheon Foreign Language High School, and Myeongshin Girls' High School.

Additionally, a large-scale commercial facility (planned) is expected to be established within the complex, greatly enhancing the convenience of living for residents. Lotte Mart is located directly across from the complex. There are also hospitals and restaurants along the road by Sangkok Station, and a site to the north of the complex is planned for development into a large shopping mall. To the north of the complex lie Jangsu Mountain and Wonjeok Mountain Park. Residents can directly access Wonjeoksan Trail, which is the 4th course of the 16 major walking trails representing Incheon, contributing to a pleasant residential environment.

The living conditions are steadily improving, raising expectations for the formation of a new residential town. Hyosung 'Harrington Square Sangkok Station' is surrounded by various renovation projects in Sangkok 6 district to the north, Hanyang Apartment Complex 2 to the south, and Sangkok 3 district. Once the projects are completed, the area around the complex will transform into a thriving residential town with more than 15,000 households. The 3rd Supply Company and Bupyeong U.S. Army Base (Camp Market) are also expected to be developed into parks and green spaces.

This complex is made up of various sizes ranging from small to medium. The exclusive area of 39 square meters is expected to be preferred by the growing number of 1- to 2-person households, while the 84-square-meter units offer features such as a 4-bay layout, alpha room, and three-sided balcony structure to enhance spatial efficiency. The 96-square-meter exclusive area is designed to provide a more spacious living experience with a 4-bay structure, alpha room, and dressing room.

The complex will also feature a variety of community facilities including fitness centers, G/X rooms, indoor golf practice ranges, saunas, small libraries, kids' cafes, and social kitchens.

A sales representative noted, 'With its location allowing convenient movement across Seoul and various parts of the metropolitan area, along with many surrounding development projects, this will serve as a signal for development in the area. Many customers who have been waiting for this sale for a long time are eager for it,' and added, 'We will present it as an excellent product fitting for a large complex under a single brand, allowing residents to live with pride.'

'Harrington Square Sangkok Station' model house is scheduled to open next month at the site in Sangkok 1-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
