Daebo Construction, a construction subsidiary of Daebo Group, announced on the 5th that it is recruiting partners for 2025.
The recruitment area for partners at Daebo Construction is divided into the outsourced institutional sector and the materials institutional sector.
The new recruitment for the outsourced institutional sector targets all areas of civil engineering, while building, mechanical, and electrical works will only proceed with re-registration reviews for companies that have submitted credit evaluation data among previously registered companies.
The materials institutional sector will recruit partners only for specified items such as common and temporary materials (construction and civil engineering), building materials, machinery, and electrical materials.
Detailed recruitment details for the outsourced and materials institutional sectors can be found in the Daebo Construction partner system notice. Preferential treatment will be applied to companies among the applicants that have construction performance in projects commissioned by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH), or those related to railways, apartments, officetels, educational institutions, and knowledge industry centers.
The qualification requirements for partners in the outsourced institutional sector stipulate that only companies rated B- or higher in credit ratings and C+ or higher in cash flow ratings by two credit rating agencies, ECREDIBLE and NICE D&B, can apply. For the materials institutional sector, submission of credit evaluation information from at least one of the two credit rating agencies is mandatory.
Companies wishing to register can access the Daebo Construction partner system and submit their applications by April 11. The final results can be individually verified from June 2 on the electronic procurement website.
