HDC Hyundai Development Company conducted a non-priority subscription for the remaining 99 units of the 'Seoul Won I-Park' apartments through the development project in the Gwangwoon University area of Nowon, Seoul. The result showed that all units were sold out except for one penthouse.
According to the Subscription Home on the 5th, the non-priority subscription for the 99 units of Seoul Won I-Park received a total of 516 applicants as of the 4th.
The types of dwellings for which applications were received this time are all large units ranging from 112 to 244㎡, with prices set at over 1.8 billion won.
For unit sizes, applications were accepted for 112A㎡ (29 units), 112B㎡ (13 units), 112C㎡ (9 units), 120A㎡ (12 units), 120B㎡ (8 units), 120C㎡ (10 units), 143㎡ (3 units), 145㎡ (5 units), 159㎡ (4 units), 161㎡ (2 units), 167㎡ (1 unit), 170㎡ (2 units), and 244㎡ (1 unit).
Among these, only one penthouse unit of 167㎡ remains unsold.
The dwelling type that garnered the highest subscription competition rate was the 244㎡ unit, which attracted 12 applicants for 1 unit, resulting in a competition rate of 12 to 1.
Following that, 263 applications were received for 29 units of the 112A㎡ type, resulting in a competition rate of 9 to 1. The third place was taken by the 120A㎡ type, where 90 applicants vied for 12 units, yielding a competition rate of 7 to 1.
Seoul Won I-Park, built by HDC Hyundai Development Company, comprises 1,856 sale-type multi-family dwellings, 408 public rental units, and 768 residence units, totaling 3,032 units. HDC Hyundai Development Company conducted a general sale of 1,856 units across six buildings of the Seoul Won I-Park in November last year.
Previously, the remaining quantity of the Seoul Won I-Park, which received a non-priority subscription in January this year, was 558 units. Since then, about 450 units have completed contracts, resulting in a current sale rate of approximately 95%.
