HL D&I Halla announced on the 5th that it has secured the 'Namguro Station Area urban redevelopment project' worth 107.9 billion won (including VAT).
The Namguro Station redevelopment project is a project to build 299 residential units and auxiliary welfare facilities, with 3 underground floors and 19 above-ground floors, at 715-24 in Guro-gu, Seoul. Following the approval of the management disposal plan, the project is scheduled to begin construction in October 2026 after the relocation and demolition procedures.
The site is in a prime location near Namguro Station (Line 7), offering excellent accessibility to major areas in Seoul such as Gangnam, Yeouido, and Seoul Station. Additionally, it is close to Guro IC, the Southern Circular Road, and the Western Highway, facilitating convenient movement to Seoul and key areas in the metropolitan area.
Nearby educational districts include Yeongil Elementary, Yeongseo Middle, Guro Middle, and others, with Korea University Guro Hospital, Hyundai and NC Department Stores, and Emart located in the vicinity.
It is expected to serve as a residential area behind Guro and Geumcheon Digital Complex (G-Valley), where many IT ventures and small to medium-sized enterprises are located.
HL D&I Halla had previously secured the 'Cheonan Sajik District redevelopment project' worth 289.5 billion won (including VAT) in the second half of last year.
