Next month, a mid-sized dwelling company will sell a total of 6,307 apartments nationwide.
On the 28th, the Korea Housing Construction Association surveyed its members on the housing sales plans for March, which revealed that 23 companies plan to sell a total of 6,307 units at 22 business sites nationwide. This is nearly five times the amount from the previous month (1,114 units). Compared to the same month last year (5,507 units), this represents an increase of 15%.
In the metropolitan area, 2,102 units will be sold, including 48 in Seoul, 252 in Incheon, and 1,802 in Gyeonggi.
In non-metropolitan areas, Gyeongbuk has the highest number of units at 1,055. This is followed by Busan (930 units), Gyeongnam (842 units), Gangwon (612 units), Jeonnam (382 units), Jeju (237 units), and Daegu (147 units).
