On the 27th, Kim Na-young contracted to purchase a unit of 82.96 square meters at Brighton Hannam for 2.9054 billion won in November 2021. She completed the payment in January and finalized the transfer of ownership.
On the day of the transfer of ownership, she also established a mortgage with a maximum creditor amount of 2.544 billion won from a commercial bank. Considering that the maximum creditor amount is typically around 120% of the loan amount, it appears she obtained about 2.12 billion won in loans to purchase the officetel.
Brighton Hannam is a luxury officetel comprising a total of 142 units, which includes 121 units of 51 to 84 square meters and 21 residential units of 103 to 117 square meters, spanning 8 floors underground and 16 floors above ground.
The complex is located close to the Han River and offers river views. Hannam Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is within a 5-minute walk, and it has excellent transportation links, including the Hannam Bridge, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Namsan No. 1 Tunnel, and Hannam-daero.
Previously, Kim Na-young purchased a building measuring 1 basement floor to 2 above ground floors (land area 181 square meters, building area 212.3 square meters) in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 9.9 billion won in 2022.
