The breakfast and lunch service of 'Brighton Yeouido,' which first gained attention in Yeouido, Seoul, has been successfully established. Just one year after launching the service, the average monthly usage rate has exceeded 70%. It has been noted that this service has significantly increased resident satisfaction and opened up a new horizon for luxury residential culture.
According to Shin Young on the 27th, the usage rate of the breakfast and lunch service among residents of 'Brighton Yeouido' recorded an average of 72% last year. More than 7 out of 10 households are using the breakfast and lunch service. 'Brighton Yeouido' began this service in February of last year.
As of December last year, the usage rate was 81%. It showed an increase for three consecutive months following October (63%) and November (77%). The price is 11,000 won per meal.
A Shin Young official said, "Since the launch of the service, numerous positive reviews regarding the menu and quality have been posted mainly on online communities, indicating a high level of resident satisfaction with the overall upscale service. Unlike typical meal services, the chef directly prepares the food on-site and serves it to residents in a hotel-style setting, allowing them to enjoy high-quality meals, which is a key factor for its success."
The breakfast and lunch service at 'Brighton Yeouido' is provided to residents in collaboration with Shinsegae Food, a leading B&F corporation in Korea, at a hotel-style lounge located on the third floor of Building 101. It offers systematic and balanced meals through professional nutritionists, featuring two different daily menus including Korean cuisine, gourmet dishes, and brunch (American breakfast) using fresh ingredients.
The breakfast and lunch service is available from Tuesday to Sunday, excluding Mondays, for six days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., and residents can use their cards to make payments.
'Brighton Yeouido,' developed on the former site of Yeouido MBC, is a complex consisting of two apartment buildings, one officetel, and one office building. The officetel was occupied in August 2023, while the apartments were occupied in October of the same year. The apartment complex has a total of 454 units, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 132 square meters, and the number of units by size is ▲91 units of 84㎡ ▲91 units of 101㎡ ▲181 units of 113㎡ ▲91 units of 132㎡.
