According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction disclosure system on the 20th, Park Soo-hong acquired a 170-square-meter unit in the Shin Hyun-Dae Apartment in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul, co-owned with Kim Da-ye (30) for 7.05 billion won on November 5th last year. This surpasses the previous high price of 6.7 billion won in August of last year.

Park Soo-hong completed the payment and transfer of ownership on the 10th. On the same day, a maximum bond amount of 3 billion won was established under Park Soo-hong's name.

Considering that the maximum bond amount is generally about 120% of the loan amount, it seems he borrowed about 2.5 billion won. He essentially purchased the apartment with around 4.5 billion won of own funds.

This complex was built in 1982 and consists of 13 stories, 27 buildings, and a total of 1,924 households. Among these, the 9th, 11th, and 12th phases passed the maintenance plan review by the Seoul city in November last year. It is the fastest area among the six zones in Apgujeong in terms of redevelopment progress.

Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye registered their marriage in July 2021 and held their wedding ceremony in December 2022.
