DL E&C announced on the 20th that it will open a dwellings exhibition hall in the Dongdaegu and Cheonan Seongseong areas on the 21st, marking its first sale of the year.

The "e-Pyeonhan Sesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square" will be built on the site of the old Dongdaegu Express Bus Terminal, located at 328-1 Sincheon-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu. It consists of four buildings with five basement floors and 24 above-ground floors, totaling 322 units with exclusive areas ranging from 79 to 125㎡. All units will be sold through general sales, with the entire building's structural work completed before the post-sale offering.

The general sales volume includes ▲ 79㎡A 1 unit ▲ 79㎡B 1 unit ▲ 84㎡A 132 units ▲ 84㎡B 18 units ▲ 84㎡C 18 units ▲ 107㎡A 18 units ▲ 107㎡B 20 units ▲ 125㎡A 38 units ▲ 125㎡B 18 units ▲ 125㎡C 18 units ▲ 125㎡D 20 units ▲ 125㎡E 20 units. It will be composed mainly of medium to large-sized units preferred in Daegu.

The e-Pyeonhan Sesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square is located in a prime spot directly across from Dongdaegu Station. It is accessible via four lines, including Daegu Subway Line 1, KTX, SRT, and the Daegyeong Line. Development of Line 4 (Exco Line) is also planned in the future. Notably, a newly constructed exit connecting Dongdaegu Station and Shinsegae Department Store will be established at the scenic plaza by the entrance of the complex.

As it develops the site of the old express bus terminal, abundant living infrastructure is also a strong point. Shinsegae Department Store and a Marriott Hotel are located in front and behind the complex. A large-scale commercial facility, approximately 29,000㎡ in contract area, will also be created over four floors.

A sales official noted, "The 'e-Pyeonhan Sesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark', which was supplied in the vicinity last year, saw high subscription competition rates, successfully selling out in a short period, leading to high expectations for the e-Pyeonhan Sesang brand." They added, "Interest is high even before the opening of the dwellings exhibition hall due to its ultra-prime location allowing direct access to the subway exit."

e-Pyeonhan Sesang Seongseong Lakeside Park, being developed in the Uprise City Development Area of Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, will consist of 13 buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 39 above-ground floors, totaling 1,763 units. Of these, 1,498 units with exclusive areas of 84 to 191㎡ will be available for general sale.

The number of units for general sale includes ▲ 84㎡A 293 units ▲ 84㎡B 236 units ▲ 84㎡C 195 units ▲ 84㎡D 189 units ▲ 105㎡ 155 units ▲ 113㎡ 160 units ▲ 125㎡ 263 units ▲ 175㎡PH 2 units (penthouse) ▲ 191㎡PH 5 units (penthouse), composed solely of medium to large-sized units with high availability.

e-Pyeonhan Sesang Seongseong Lakeside Park is located right in front of Seongseong Lakeside Park, allowing views of the lakeside park from units around the waterfront. Additionally, a visitors' center for Seongseong Lakeside Park covering over 40,000㎡ will be located on the west side of the complex, along with a neighborhood park of about 30,000㎡ between the complex and the lake. Plans for additional green space on the east side of the complex are also underway, promising a pleasant residential environment.

Moreover, there are several industrial complexes nearby, including Samsung SDI's Cheonan facility, Cheonan General Industrial Complexes 2, 3, and 4, Asan Smart Valley, and Baekseok Agricultural Industrial Complex, contributing to excellent proximity for work and residence.

To realize the high-quality lifestyle of residents, a sky lounge with views of the lakeside park and two sky guesthouses will be provided on the top floor of Building 105. DL E&C will open the dwellings exhibition halls for e-Pyeonhan Sesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square and e-Pyeonhan Sesang Seongseong Lakeside Park on the 21st. Both complexes will accept special provision applications on March 4. The first priority subscription will take place on March 5, followed by the second priority on March 6. The announcement of winners will be on March 12.

The contract period for e-Pyeonhan Sesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square is scheduled for three days from March 24 to 26. The contract period for e-Pyeonhan Sesang Seongseong Lakeside Park is from March 24 to 27.

Residents of e-Pyeonhan Sesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square who are at least 19 years old, have resided in Gyeongsangbuk-do, and have held an application account for more than 6 months can apply for first priority, regardless of whether they currently own a dwelling, as long as they meet the required deposit amount by region and area. Resale is possible after 6 months, allowing for resale before occupancy, with no residency obligations or limitations on re-attempts.

Residents of e-Pyeonhan Sesang Seongseong Lakeside Park who are at least 19 years old and live in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, Daejeon, or Sejong with an application account for more than 6 months will qualify for first priority if they meet the required deposit amount by region and area. Anyone can apply, regardless of current dwelling ownership. There are no restrictions on resale or residency obligations, and there are no limitations on re-attempts.

The expected move-in date for e-Pyeonhan Sesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square is November, while for e-Pyeonhan Sesang Seongseong Lakeside Park, it is February 2028.
