Daewoo E&C announced on the 18th that it will sell commercial spaces in the 'Yeongtong Prugio Trecentz' and 'Yeongtong Prugio Finever' complexes located in Mangpo-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, starting in March.
The commercial space within the Yeongtong Prugio Trecentz complex, located at 234-7 Mangpo-dong, A1 Block of the Mangpo 6 District, has a size of 17 rooms on the first floor, while the commercial space in the Yeongtong Prugio Finever complex, located at 234-6 Mangpo-dong in A2 Block, will consist of 19 rooms on the first floor.
The commercial space in the complex has secured a fixed demand of 1,566 households: 796 households in Trecentz and 770 households in Finever. Additionally, there are over 17,500 households in a 1km radius across 23 complexes, indicating that it is likely to absorb a large-scale residential demand.
The sale of commercial spaces in the Yeongtong Prugio Trecentz and Yeongtong Prugio Finever complexes will be conducted through a public competitive bidding process for the published price. Recruitment announcements will be made on March 7, with bidding and contracts taking place on the 8th. The bidding deposit is 5 million won.
A representative from Daewoo E&C noted, "The commercial spaces within sold-out complexes can secure high recognition through previous successful sales, attracting more interest from buyers compared to standalone commercial spaces. Furthermore, given the solid residential demand, there is a relatively low investment risk, making them appealing not only to end-users but also to investors."
Meanwhile, the sales promotion center for the commercial spaces in the Yeongtong Prugio Trecentz and Yeongtong Prugio Finever complexes is located at 110, Platinum Base A-dong, 47-17 Mangpo-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province.
