Go Jun-seok, the head professor at Yonsei University’s Sanggyeong Business School, will conduct a free lecture series on '2025 home-buying strategies' from the 17th for three weeks. This lecture will be held via YouTube Live and aims to present specific real estate purchasing strategies focusing on the Seoul metropolitan area.

Professor Go noted regarding this lecture series, "The real estate market is always volatile, but there are established areas where prices rise," and added, "I intend to explain that 2025 could be a golden time for home purchasing."

He further explained, "While experts' opinions on the real estate market outlook vary each year, we have maintained a high accuracy rate based on thorough data analysis," adding that the lecture will focus intensively on "why 2025 is the right time to buy a home" and "where to buy."

The home-buying strategy lecture will be conducted over three weeks, with the first lecture on the 17th, the second on the 26th, and the third on the 5th of next month. All lectures will be broadcast live on YouTube, and an invitation link will be provided to pre-registered participants. Registration is available on the creator fan platform corporation 'Fanding' page.

Pre-registered participants will receive an ebook titled "2025 Real Estate Market Outlook" created by Professor Go, along with a summary and rewatch link after the lecture ends.

Professor Go stated, "The 2025 real estate market will be an important turning point as various factors like interest rate fluctuations, policy changes, and supply adjustments interconnect," and added, "Through this lecture, I plan to provide concrete reasons for why individuals should consider buying homes this year based on market principles, as well as a deep analysis of regions to pay attention to."

He continued, "What is crucial in the real estate market is not vague expectations, but correct decision-making based on data and principles," and added, "Through this lecture, I will help participants establish clear investment criteria for themselves."
