Global comprehensive real estate service corporation CBRE Korea announced on the 13th that it has established CBRE Investment Advisors and started full-scale services.
According to CBRE Korea, CBRE Investment Advisors, established and operated under capital market and financial investment laws as a subsidiary of CBRE Korea, completed its official launch as an independent financial company in November of last year and will provide full-scale services starting this year.
Key services include financial advice related to real estate acquisition and sales, investment advice and financial advice related to development projects, business structure design, and advisory for foreign investors, as well as real estate investment advisory services connecting investors with strategic advice related to real estate investments, and financial structuring and funding services providing everything from establishing commercialization plans in the early stages to funding at each stage of the business, PF refinancing advisory, and equity financial advisory services.
CBRE Investment Advisors' total commercial real estate financial services provide the necessary advisory and financial solutions throughout the entire process, from the initial stages of real estate investment to development, operation, remodeling, and sales, helping to enhance real estate value-add strategies and realize substantial revenue.
CBRE Korea has secured expertise by hiring skilled personnel to strengthen the competitiveness of the newly established CBRE Investment Advisors. Yoon Hyung-cheol, who heads CBRE Investment Advisors, is a financing specialist who previously served as an executive director in charge of business at MERITZ Securities' real estate finance division, handling numerous key development project tasks.
Yoon noted, "The key factor in the commercial real estate investment market is no longer just simple buying and selling, but providing customized financing strategies for investors from the early stages of development to monetization."
