The 'Moagelga Trevue' is set to open in Oryu-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, and is launching sales within the complex. With its ultra-convenient location right in front of Cheonwang Station on Line 7, it is expected to become a landmark commercial space, backed by a daily floating population of around 23,000 and residential demand from over 8,000 households.
A large living goods store is expected to open, and with a large supermarket and Lotte Cinema nearby, the commercial district has high value. Within a 10-minute walk, there are Cheonwang Elementary School, Cheonwang Middle School, and Guro High School.
