According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription home on the 12th, the lowest score for all types of 'Raemian One Parla' was 69 points. A score of 69 can only be obtained if a family of four maintains a non-homeowner status for over 15 years.

Subscription points can reach a total of 49 points if the non-homeownership period and the subscription account membership period exceed 15 years, receiving a perfect score of 32 points and 17 points, respectively. The criteria for dependent family members are ▲ 2-person household 10 points ▲ 3-person household (with 2 dependents) 15 points ▲ 4-person household 20 points, with an additional 5 points each.
As large families of five or more flock to the lucrative lottery subscriptions expected from Raemian One Parla, suspicions of fraudulent subscriptions, such as manipulation of residency, have been raised. In response, the government has decided to strengthen the verification process for dependent family members to prevent fraudulent subscriptions. Previously, only family relationship certificates and resident registration were checked, but now they plan to additionally verify the health insurance treatment history of dependents (hospital, pharmacy, etc.).
Meanwhile, Raemian One Parla is scheduled to conduct contracts over four days from the 24th to the 27th and is expected to be available for occupancy in November.
