HL D&I Hanrahan announced on the 7th that five designs from the residential brand "EFETE" have been selected as award-winning works in the space and architecture institutional sector at the 2025 Asia Design Prize (Asia Design Prize, hereinafter ADP).
"ADP" is the largest international design competition in Asia, and this year, a total of 1,879 designs were submitted from 22 countries. A total of 304 designs were selected as final award-winning works in three areas: industrial design, space and architecture, and communication.
The EFETE designs selected for awards include ▲ the exterior of the apartment complex ▲ the entrance monument (EFETE GATE) ▲ the community lounge (CLUB EFETE GATE) ▲ wide piloti ▲ square garden.
The design of the EFETE apartment complex exterior embodies the design elements of HL Group's corporate identity, while the entrance monument (EFETE GATE) design consolidates various functional roles such as the entrance monument, security office, kids' station, and drop zone into a single visual frame.
The community lounge (CLUB EFETE GATE) combines upper lounge spaces to provide a wide and open view, designed for residents to enjoy leisure activities. The "square garden" was inspired by the development facilities of the Hyundai Premium Outlet Space One.
