Daewoo E&C said on the 4th that it plans to sell 'Blanc Summit 74' officetels in the area of 330-226 Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, this month.

'Blanc Summit 74' is a high-rise complex applying Daewoo E&C's high-end residential brand 'Prugio Summit', consisting of three apartment buildings and one officetel. Daewoo E&C sold 998 apartments in three buildings with exclusive areas ranging from 94 to 247 square meters last year and plans to supply 276 units of an officetel with exclusive areas from 84 to 118 square meters in February. Occupancy is scheduled for the end of 2028.

The Blanc Summit 74 officetel will be located in the North Port area, which is transforming into a new economic growth engine for Busan. The Busan North Port redevelopment project is a large-scale initiative aimed at transforming Busan into a global tourism city that merges marine leisure, culture, commerce, and business. The first phase of the project has completed infrastructure construction, and the second phase is now underway, including port redevelopment at Jasungdae Pier and Yanggok Pier, railway realignment at Busan Station, and development linking with the old downtown area. There are also plans for the transfer of the U.S. military's 55th Supply Company.

Additionally, Busan City announced in December last year its plan to construct a landmark building measuring 88 stories above ground in the North Port marine cultural district to attract foreign capital. This project includes the operation of healthcare centers by Samsung Electronics and Qualcomm and is scheduled to begin construction in 2026 with completion aimed for 2030. Alongside this, the third phase of the North Port redevelopment project is being promoted, equipping the Busan Port area with advanced infrastructure and transportation networks.

The officetel can be accessed on foot from Jwacheon Station and Beomil Station on Busan Urban Railway Line 1 and Munnyeon Station on Line 2. Using Line 1, Jwacheon Station is about three stops from KTX Busan Station, taking approximately five minutes. Additionally, Munnyeon Station on Line 2 is just one stop away from the International Finance Center Station. Convenient access throughout Busan is facilitated through the Sujeong Tunnel, Jwacheon Viaduct, and urban expressways connecting Jwacheon-dong in Dong-gu and Gaya-dong in Busanjin-gu.

Seongnam Elementary School is within walking distance, and excellent educational environments are available within a one-kilometer radius, including Baegyeong High School and Teresa Girls' High School. The location is near Seomyeon, a commercial and financial center in Busan, providing rich lifestyle infrastructure. Residents can conveniently access shopping facilities such as the remodeled Hyundai Department Store Busan branch, now called 'Connect Hyundai Busan', Lotte Department Store Busan main branch, Busanjin Market, and Nammun Market.

The Blanc Summit 74 officetel is set to be built as a future-oriented high-end product combining advanced technology, safety, and convenience. It will feature a green system capable of real-time energy management, along with LED lighting and electric vehicle charging facilities to support an eco-friendly lifestyle. A one-pass system using smartphones and a wall pad will allow easy control over lighting, heating, visitor confirmation, and more, while high-speed information and communication infrastructure is also planned. Enhanced safety within the complex will be achieved through high-definition 5-megapixel CCTV, fingerprint recognition digital door locks, and a contactless parcel delivery system. The design includes a parking guidance system and emergency bell facilities to improve convenience for drivers and enable quick response in emergency situations.

The officetel applies a high ceiling of 2,600 mm in the main living space to maximize openness. It is planned to provide luxurious interior finishes using wide-brushed flooring and large European tiles. The kitchen and bathrooms will be specialized with a life-up kitchen and bath. Various storage-specialized designs, including a dressing room, pantry, and entryway storage, will be implemented, providing practical yet sophisticated living environments with built-in wardrobes in bedrooms and hotel-style dry sinks in selected units.

It is an eco-friendly complex that has received a green building certification (excellent) and an energy efficiency rating of 1++. The design has been implemented with a south-facing layout, considering cross ventilation and openness, focusing on lighting and ventilation through park-like grounds. Ample parking space of 1.7 per unit has been arranged, with designs allowing direct access from the underground parking lot to the units and parking space capable of accommodating delivery vehicles for safe and convenient movement. Each unit will be equipped with food waste disposers and underfloor heating as standard, and efficient living will be supported by hotel-style bathrooms and multipurpose spaces. The drop-off zone with a hotel-style entrance and facilities on the first floor, such as a community area and indoor golf club, will enhance residents' convenience.

Moreover, a comprehensive sprinkler system for fire preparedness and an individual heating system that allows high-efficiency heating by unit will be implemented. Room temperature control systems and clean ventilation will be applied to create a comfortable indoor environment. The kitchen is planned to be efficiently configured with built-in packages featuring a three-burner electric cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A ceiling-mounted dehumidifier will be installed to maintain comfort in the dressing room, while electronic bidets and heated bathroom floors will provide a hygienic and comfortable bathroom environment.
