More than 18,000 people applied for the special supply of 'Raemian One Perla' in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's cheongyak home on the 3rd, a total of 18,129 people applied for the special supply of 214 households in Raemian One Perla that day, with an average competition rate of 84.7 to 1.
By type, first-time applicants numbered 8,083, followed by newlywed couples with 6,611, multi-child families with 3,106, and those supporting elderly parents with 212.
Among the 37 households available in the 59㎡A type, 6,953 people applied, with 3,826 people particularly focusing on the first-time special supply for this type, leading to a competition rate of 546.6 to 1 for the 7 households available. In the 84㎡B type, which had the highest supply at 83 households, a total of 4,543 people applied.
Raemian One Perla is the first development project in the Gangnam area this year. It is being supplied through the housing reconstruction maintenance project in the Bangbae 6 district, consisting of 16 buildings ranging from 4 underground floors to a maximum of 22 floors, totaling 1,097 dwellings. The selling price is set within the range of 2.2 billion to 2.4 billion won for the 84㎡ standard, expecting a price difference of over 500 million won compared to the surrounding area.
On the 4th, first priority applications will be accepted.
