Lotte Engineering & Construction will conduct an unscheduled subscription for 'Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature' on the 3rd of next month. Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature will be developed as a large complex with 1,223 units across 19 buildings, ranging from 4 basement floors to 18 above ground floors, in the Samseon-dong 2 area through the redevelopment of the Samseon 5 district, with occupancy expected in April 2027.
According to the construction industry on the 31st, Lotte Engineering & Construction announced the public notice regarding the unscheduled subscription on the 24th. Subscriptions will be accepted on the 3rd of next month, and winners will be announced on the 6th. Contracts will take place on the 8th of next month.
This unscheduled subscription targets the remaining 45 units of the 84㎡ type that resulted from ineligible households or duplicate subscriptions. Applications can be submitted through the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription home, and anyone aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription account, regardless of their place of residence.
It is located in the Jongno living area, which is excellent for proximity between residence and work, and is close to Hanseong University Station on Line 4 and Bomun Station, a transfer station for Lines 6 and Ui-Sinseol.
