The Seoul Songpa District Munjeong Siyoung Apartment, which is in its 36th year since completion, is set to push forward with a remodeling project.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government noted on the 23rd that it held the first Seoul City Urban and Architectural Joint Committee the previous day, where it reviewed the advisory and landscape plan for the district unit planning decision for Munjeong Siyoung Apartment located at 145 Munjeong-dong, Songpa District, and approved both the revised agreement and the original proposal.
The site is located adjacent to Jangji Park, between Gaerong Station and Geoyeon Station on Subway Line 5. Advisory and landscape reviews were conducted for the promotion of the joint housing remodeling project.
With the approval of the advisory and review by the Urban and Architectural Joint Committee, the remodeling project is expected to progress once the business plan is approved following architectural review.
