In the third week of January, a total of 2,177 households will begin to be sold nationwide.
According to Real Estate R114, in the third week of January, six complexes nationwide will start sales, totaling 2,177 households. Of these, 806 households will be sold as general sales.
Taeyoung Construction will sell "The Palisade Decian" in the area of 481-1 Sincheon-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu. It is a mixed-use apartment consisting of three basement levels and a maximum of 20 above-ground floors, with eight buildings, including 418 apartments and 32 officetels, of which 418 apartments with exclusive areas of 100 to 117㎡ will be sold as general sales.
The complex will be supplied as a post-sale and is scheduled for occupancy in October 2025. It will consist of four basement levels and a maximum of 22 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,097 households, including 482 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 120㎡ planned for general sale.
The complex will be supplied as a post-sale and is scheduled for occupancy in November 2025. It is located in the vicinity of Naebang Station on Line 7, and access to Gangnam is easy via the Seoripul Tunnel and Seocho-daero. Within a 2 km radius of the center of the complex, various living infrastructures such as Lotte Mart, Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, and Seoripul Park are located, and Bangbae Elementary School, Seomun Middle School and High School are within walking distance.
